Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute comprehensive business development strategies to significantly grow revenue and market share within the engineering sector.
- Identify, pursue, and successfully close new business opportunities across various commercial and industrial sectors.
- Build, nurture, and maintain robust relationships with key corporate clients, industry partners, and key stakeholders.
- Lead end-to-end proposal development, complex bid management, and high-stakes contract negotiations.
- Monitor evolving market trends, competitor activity, and emerging business opportunities to maintain a competitive edge.
- Represent the organization authoritatively at high-profile industry events, business forums, and executive client meetings.
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; an MBA is a strong distinct advantage.
- 8 to 10 years of proven business development experience, ideally within the engineering or technical services industry in Nigeria.
- Demonstrable, trackable record of successfully winning, managing, and growing major corporate accounts.
- Exceptional negotiation, public presentation, and professional networking skills.
- Self-driven, highly target-oriented mindset with high comfort in engaging C-suite executives and senior stakeholders.
