About the Role
AXA Mansard Pensions, a proud subsidiary of the globally renowned AXA Group, is seeking a visionary and results-driven professional to join our dynamic team in Lagos, Nigeria as the Head, AXA Wealth. In this executive leadership role, you will spearhead our wealth management strategy, focusing on expanding our high-net-worth individual (HNI) market share, building robust broker relationships, and driving revenue growth across Nigeria's vibrant financial sector.
Key Responsibilities- Design and execute comprehensive growth strategies to achieve profitability targets and key performance indicators for the Wealth team.
- Conduct detailed market research and scoping to identify new opportunities for growing the HNI client portfolio.
- Establish clear performance targets aligned with corporate objectives and monitor monthly progress.
- Drive exceptional relationship management initiatives for HNI customers, partners, and key brokers.
- Develop value-added service frameworks tailored to the sophisticated needs of wealth clients.
- Collaborate with cross-functional sales teams and the training department to mentor, coach, and elevate team performance.
- Manage the departmental budget and ensure all operations strictly adhere to global AXA Group standards.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline; an MSc, MBA, ACII, or ACIIN is a strong advantage.
- 5 to 7 years of professional experience within the financial services industry, with at least 2 years in a senior or leadership capacity.
- Proven track record in business development, wealth management, and high-net-worth client acquisition.
