About the Role

Unified Payment Services Limited (UP®) is Nigeria's premier Payments & Financial Technology company founded in 1997 by a consortium of leading Nigerian banks. We operate as a shared infrastructure for the banking community and a payment service provider with a vision to be the most preferred e-payment service provider in Africa. We are currently looking for a strategic Head, Admin to provide leadership and oversight of all administrative functions across the organization, driving operational efficiency, cost optimization, and service excellence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive administrative strategy aligned with corporate objectives and design automated service delivery models.
  • Oversee end-to-end management of office facilities, lease administration, asset lifecycle management, and strict health and safety compliance.
  • Provide oversight for procurement activities, vendor selection frameworks, SLA monitoring, and strategic contract negotiations.
  • Manage corporate travel, executive protocol, logistics, and ensure seamless administrative support across all business units.
  • Develop and manage the administration budget, driving cost-saving initiatives without compromising service quality.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and industry standards through robust internal controls.
  • Lead, mentor, and retain a high-performing administrative team by fostering a positive, diverse, and inclusive work culture.
Qualifications
  • B.Sc or HND in Social Sciences, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 10 years of professional experience in general administration.
  • At least 4 to 6 years in a leadership role overseeing multi-functional administrative operations.
  • Prior experience working within a highly regulated industry such as fintech or banking.
  • Strong competencies in facilities management, procurement, vendor negotiation, and cost optimization.
