Key Responsibilities- Provide gentle detangling, precise sectioning, and professional wash services tailored to individual client needs.
- Perform revitalizing deep conditioning treatments to maintain and improve hair health.
- Create stunning hairstyles including braids, twists, cornrows, didi, and extensions.
- Prioritize the health and integrity of every client’s hair while delivering flawless, beautiful results.
- Ensure a positive, professional, and welcoming client experience from consultation to finish.
- Must be between 18 and 30 years of age.
- 1 to 3 years of proven professional experience as a natural hair stylist, though talented recent graduates with strong hands-on skills are encouraged to apply.
- Comprehensive knowledge of diverse natural hair textures, densities, lengths, and best hair care practices.
- Exceptional styling, communication, and interpersonal skills with a strong customer-first mindset.
- A reliable, punctual, and highly professional attitude with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Completed NYSC or appropriate school certification as applicable.
