Beauty Masters, a premier purpose-built wellness center located in the distinguished district of Guzape, Abuja, is seeking a dynamic and dedicated Gym Instructor. As Nigeria's first professionally built beauty and wellness house, we offer a holistic environment staffed by international and local experts in body wellness, massage, therapy, and mental health. We are looking for a passionate fitness professional who is ready to inspire clients and elevate their wellness journeys within our world-class facility.
Key Responsibilities- Design and implement safe, personalized, and effective fitness programs tailored to individual client goals.
- Lead engaging one-on-one and group training sessions, ensuring proper form and technique at all times.
- Assess clients' physical fitness levels, track their progress, and adjust routines accordingly to ensure continuous improvement.
- Motivate, encourage, and support clients throughout their fitness journey, fostering a positive and inclusive gym culture.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workout environment in compliance with all facility health and safety standards.
- Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team of therapists and wellness professionals to provide holistic client care.
- Must be physically fit, energetic, and capable of demonstrating exercises effectively.
- Proven professional experience as a gym instructor, personal trainer, or fitness coach.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to motivate and inspire clients of diverse backgrounds.
- Excellent knowledge of human anatomy, exercise science, nutrition, and routine design.
- High level of responsibility, punctuality, and professionalism.
