About the Role
Bloomseed Elementary School is a happy, vibrant nursery and primary school equipped with world-class facilities. Located in Ibara, Abeokuta, we provide an exciting and balanced education for children aged 3 to 11. We are currently seeking dedicated and qualified Preschool Teachers to join our exceptional academic team.
Key Responsibilities- Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate lessons that align with the school curriculum and foster early childhood development.
- Create a safe, inclusive, stimulating, and nurturing classroom environment that encourages curiosity and active learning.
- Monitor, assess, and document children's academic, social, and emotional progress, providing constructive feedback to parents.
- Instill strong moral values, discipline, and good manners in alignment with the school's ethos.
- Organize creative activities, indoor and outdoor play, and arts and crafts to support motor and cognitive skill development.
- Collaborate with fellow educators and school management to plan school events, excursions, and curriculum enhancements.
- Ensure the health, safety, and well-being of all pupils under your care at all times.
- Minimum of an NCE, B.Ed, or B.Sc in Early Childhood Education, Elementary Education, or a related field.
- Proven teaching experience in a recognized preschool or nursery school environment.
- Strong passion for early childhood education and child development.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
