We are recruiting a qualified Guidance & Counselling Teacher to join our professional team and make a meaningful impact on student wellbeing and personal development.
Key Responsibilities- Provide comprehensive guidance and counselling services to students across all levels
- Develop and implement student support programmes that promote emotional wellbeing and personal growth
- Conduct individual and group counselling sessions addressing academic, social, and behavioural concerns
- Collaborate with teaching staff and management to identify and support students requiring intervention
- Maintain confidential student records and produce counselling reports
- Organize awareness workshops on mental health, career development, and life skills
- Utilize innovative teaching and counselling methodologies to engage students effectively
- Foster a supportive school environment that promotes student success and holistic development
- Bachelor's Degree or higher in Guidance & Counselling, Psychology, or related field
- Teaching qualification or counselling certification (advantageous)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong classroom management and student engagement abilities
- Proficiency in ICT and educational technology
- Demonstrated passion for student welfare and educational excellence
- High moral integrity and professional appearance
