Key Responsibilities- Manage front desk operations including guest check-in, check-out, and reservation management with utmost efficiency and warmth.
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly, providing exceptional service recovery and personalized solutions.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure apartments meet strict luxury cleanliness and readiness standards.
- Process guest billings, payments, and maintain accurate daily front office records.
- Provide local area information, transport assistance, and concierge services tailored to executive travelers.
- Maintain a secure and welcoming environment in the lobby and reception areas at all times.
- Demonstrated positive attitude with a strong eagerness to learn and grow within the hospitality sector.
- Impeccable personal presentation, professional grooming, and a welcoming demeanor suitable for a luxury establishment.
