About the Role
ARM Hold Co. is looking for a strategic and results-driven Growth Product Manager to join our team in Nigeria. In this hybrid growth-operator role, you will connect growth-hacking, Martech stack ownership, and disciplined product management into a single, measurable growth engine to scale our digital wealth platforms.
Key Responsibilities- Define and execute the product-led growth strategy, aligning quarterly OKRs with commercial objectives and assets under management targets.
- Optimize the end-to-end funnel, improving registration, KYC, funding, and first-investment journeys through structured A/B testing and experimentation.
- Own the growth Martech stack and orchestrate personalized, always-on lifecycle campaigns across email, push, SMS, and in-app messaging.
- Apply behavioral analytics and cohort analysis to identify friction points, reduce churn, and build repeatable growth loops like referrals.
- Lead a cross-functional squad of engineers, designers, and marketers to ship scalable features and maintain a prioritized product backlog.
- Collaborate with Legal, Risk, and Compliance teams to ensure all growth initiatives adhere to regulatory standards and protect customer trust.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Computer Science, Finance, or a related discipline.
- 5 to 8 years of relevant experience, including at least 3 years owning digital products or growth outcomes in fintech, investments, or banking.
- Demonstrated success in improving conversion, activation, retention, and monetization funnels.
- Hands-on experience with product analytics tools (Mixpanel, Amplitude) and CRM or Martech platforms (Braze, CleverTap, HubSpot).
- Strong analytical skills with a working knowledge of SQL and a deep understanding of digital financial services operations.
