About the Role

We are currently looking for a dynamic and results-driven IT Project Manager to join our growing team in Lagos, Nigeria. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in driving the successful execution of critical technology initiatives for our enterprise clients, ensuring alignment with strategic business goals.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate internal resources and third-party vendors for seamless project execution.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Develop detailed project plans and ensure stakeholder alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
- Ensure resource availability and effective allocation across multiple simultaneous initiatives.
- Manage project scope, schedule, and cost changes using appropriate verification techniques.
- Track and measure project performance using relevant tools and methodologies.
- Perform proactive risk and escalation management to mitigate potential roadblocks.
- Maintain strong stakeholder and client relationships while effectively managing expectations.
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation for all implemented solutions.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, IT, Economics, Statistics, or a related field.
- PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent professional project management certification is strictly required.
- Minimum of 4 years of post-NYSC professional experience as an IT Project Manager in a structured environment.
- Strong knowledge and practical experience with both Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
- Demonstrated expertise in budgeting, financial management, and resource allocation.
