About the Role
Drugstore Nigeria, the country's largest online pharmacy store, is seeking a dynamic and driven Growth and Partnership Associate to join our remote team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in expanding our digital healthcare ecosystem by forging strategic alliances with registered pharmacies, healthcare providers, and key industry stakeholders. Key Responsibilities- Identify, recruit, and onboard new partner pharmacies and healthcare providers to the Drugstore Nigeria platform.
- Manage end-to-end partner relationships, ensuring high retention, mutual value, and continuous engagement.
- Collaborate with internal marketing, product, and operations teams to design and execute high-impact joint campaigns.
- Conduct comprehensive market research and data analysis to uncover new revenue streams and user acquisition opportunities.
- Monitor key performance metrics, evaluate partnership success, and prepare regular reports and strategic recommendations.
- Contribute to innovative growth hacking initiatives and support broader sales and business development efforts.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
- Proven experience in business development, strategic partnerships, or sales within the tech, e-commerce, or healthcare sectors.
- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and measure campaign performance.
- Outstanding communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills for building trust with internal and external stakeholders.
- Demonstrated proficiency in growth hacking methodologies, user acquisition strategies, and project management.
- Ability to thrive independently in a fast-paced remote work environment with excellent time management skills.
