About the Role

Oilserv Limited is a leading provider of integrated engineering, procurement, construction, installation and commissioning (EPCIC) services and complementary solutions across the onshore, offshore, and subsea market segments of the oil and gas sector. We are currently seeking a strategic and results-driven Group Treasury Manager to lead our treasury and corporate finance functions, driving contract financing and capital sourcing strategies that support our ambitious business growth in Nigeria.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage group-wide cash flow, liquidity, and working capital to optimize financial performance.
  • Oversee banking relationships, facilities, and day-to-day treasury operations.
  • Monitor and mitigate foreign exchange and interest rate exposures.
  • Structure innovative financing arrangements for major EPC and upstream project contracts.
  • Assess financial risks associated with bids, tenders, and complex contract terms.
  • Source and structure debt and equity funding from banks, investors, and financial institutions.
  • Lead due diligence, negotiations, and financial documentation for corporate transactions.
  • Prepare comprehensive treasury and financing reports for executive management.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (MBA or Master's degree is an advantage).
  • Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in treasury, corporate finance, or project finance within the EPC, oil and gas, or energy sector.
  • Must hold a professional qualification such as ACA, ACCA, ICAN, or CFA.
  • Proven track record in capital raising, contract financing, and managing institutional banking relationships.
  • Deep expertise in project finance structures, bonds, guarantees, and financial risk management.
  • Exceptional negotiation, analytical, and stakeholder management abilities.
