About the Role

We are currently seeking a strategic and dynamic Group Head, Human Resources to lead our HR function and drive people operations across multiple business units in Nigeria. In this executive role, you will shape our workforce strategy, champion our company culture, and ensure operational excellence in all human resource practices.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute comprehensive HR strategies aligned with Strivo Labs business goals and growth objectives.
- Lead end-to-end talent acquisition, workforce planning, and succession strategies across all business units.
- Oversee daily HR operations including payroll, HRIS, benefits administration, and compliance with Nigerian labour laws.
- Design robust performance management frameworks, learning programs, and competitive compensation structures.
- Foster positive employee relations, resolve grievances, and champion a collaborative, high-performance organizational culture.
- Leverage HR analytics and metrics to guide data-driven business decisions and talent retention initiatives.
- Mentor, lead, and develop the internal HR team to deliver exceptional service across the organization.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master's degree or CIPM, SHRM-SCP, PHR certification is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 14 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 8 years in a senior leadership or management capacity.
- Proven track record of managing HR functions across multiple business units or a group corporate structure.
- Exceptional knowledge of Nigerian labour regulations, employment laws, and contemporary HR technologies.
