We are currently seeking a visionary and strategic Group Head - Artificial Intelligence & Digital Transformation to define and execute our enterprise-wide AI and digitisation strategy, translating emerging technologies into measurable operational and commercial value across our extensive industrial portfolio.
Key Responsibilities- Define and execute the enterprise-wide AI and digitisation strategy, transforming operational performance, reliability, and safety across manufacturing, petrochemicals, cement, logistics, and corporate functions.
- Lead the development and deployment of advanced AI-enabled solutions, including machine learning, predictive analytics, computer vision, generative AI, and digital twins.
- Partner closely with executive leadership, plant directors, and functional heads to scale high-value AI use cases from experimentation to production-grade deployment.
- Build and mentor multidisciplinary teams of data scientists, machine learning engineers, and software specialists to drive continuous technological innovation.
- Establish robust AI governance frameworks, ensuring data privacy, cybersecurity, model risk management, and responsible AI practices throughout the Group.
- Bachelor's degree in Artificial Intelligence, Computer Science, Data Science, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative discipline; Master's degree strongly preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years of relevant technology, data, and AI experience with a proven track record of deploying advanced tech into production environments.
- Demonstrated expertise in industrial, manufacturing, energy, or asset-intensive sectors, translating complex operational challenges into AI-solvable solutions.
- Advanced technical proficiency in Python, SQL, modern AI/ML development environments, MLOps, cloud platforms, and edge computing architectures.
- Exceptional strategic thinking, executive communication skills, and commercial acumen with the ability to quantify ROI and productivity gains.
