Key Responsibilities- Provide reliable 2nd level technical support to bank branches for mobile and internet banking applications, Finacle USSD, electronic fund transfers, and telephone banking.
- Proactively design and implement innovative solutions to enhance service delivery and user experience across all electronic banking channels.
- Monitor system performance, including SMS and email alerts, to guarantee high platform availability and optimal operational efficiency.
- Generate highly accurate reports from digital platforms to support strategic business decisions and facilitate rapid troubleshooting.
- Manage mobile and internet banking platforms proactively to prevent downtime and resolve technical bottlenecks swiftly.
- Document facts and interpret data effectively to optimize e-channels application support and maintenance processes.
- Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related technical discipline.
- 1 to 2 years of proven professional experience in Information Technology operations, application support, and system monitoring.
- Relevant professional certifications such as Oracle or MCSA, alongside practical knowledge of Microsoft Visual Studio and Java, will be an added advantage.
