Key Responsibilities

Administrative Management:

  • Manage relationships with administrative vendors to ensure adherence to Service Level Agreements and cost-effective delivery.
  • Supervise company drivers and oversee vehicle maintenance, fuelling, insurance, documentation renewals, and issue resolution.
  • Oversee operations and expense management at the Chairman's residence to maintain exceptional standards.
  • Liaise with government bodies and parastatals to facilitate timely regulatory approvals and deliver strategic documentation.

Protocol & Logistics Support:

  • Coordinate executive travel, including flight bookings, hotel check-ins, airport logistics, and related expense processing.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between the organization and key embassies, consular offices, and immigration authorities.
  • Oversee Abuja support staff, including cleaners and drivers, ensuring smooth facility management and consumable restocking.
  • Handle monthly processing of travel allowances, airtime disbursements, and driver weekend allowances.
Qualifications

Requirements:

  • Minimum of a Bachelor Degree (BSc) or Higher National Diploma (HND) in a relevant discipline.
  • 1 to 2 years of proven post-graduation experience in an administrative or office support role.
  • Highly proactive, assertive, and results-driven with a strong sense of personal responsibility.
  • Demonstrated ability to remain organized, think creatively to solve problems, and thrive under pressure.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills.
