About the Role

We are currently looking for a dedicated Grounds & Landscaping Specialist to oversee our grounds team and maintain pristine outdoor environments across our client sites.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and direct the grounds and landscaping team, allocating daily tasks and ensuring high standards of site coverage.
- Plan and execute preventive and corrective maintenance including mowing, trimming, planting, fertilising, and pest control.
- Monitor and manage plant health across lawns, hedges, and ornamental beds, diagnosing and resolving diseases or irrigation issues.
- Operate and guide staff on the safe use of heavy grounds equipment such as ride-on mowers, brush cutters, chainsaws, and spreaders.
- Maintain equipment logs, enforce safety compliance, and ensure correct Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) utilization.
- Log maintenance activities, task schedules, and defect reports using the facility's CMMS/CAFM platform.
- Coordinate with the broader Facilities Management team to support high-footfall events and schedule grounds readiness.
- OND, HND, or relevant certification in Horticulture, Landscape Management, Agricultural Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in grounds management, including at least 2 years in a supervisory or team-lead role.
- Extensive hands-on experience operating specialized landscaping machinery and tools.
- Strong working knowledge of tropical plant health, irrigation systems, and weed management suited to local climates.
- Familiarity with CMMS or CAFM software for tracking maintenance tasks and work orders.
