Key Responsibilities- Accurately weigh, measure, and prepare raw materials according to established product formulations.
- Operate industrial grinding and blending machinery efficiently and safely.
- Monitor production processes to ensure consistency, quality, and adherence to company standards.
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment in compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to meet daily and weekly production targets.
- Conduct routine equipment checks and report any mechanical faults promptly.
- Maintain accurate logs of materials used and production outputs.
- Minimum of an Ordinary National Diploma (OND) in a relevant discipline.
- Possess 3 to 5 years of provable practical experience in a blending, grinding, or manufacturing role.
- Demonstrated ability to operate production machinery and follow complex technical instructions.
- High levels of integrity, honesty, and a strong work ethic.
- Strong safety and quality consciousness with a results-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work seamlessly as part of a diverse production team.
