About the Role

We are currently looking for a talented and visionary Graphics Designer to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a vital part in shaping our brand identity, creating engaging marketing materials, and visually communicating our value proposition to prospective home buyers and investors across various digital and print platforms.
Key Responsibilities- Design eye-catching graphics, flyers, brochures, and digital banners for social media marketing and advertising campaigns.
- Develop visually appealing presentations, newsletters, and corporate branding collateral that align with company guidelines.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing and sales teams to conceptualize and execute creative campaigns for new property listings.
- Edit and retouch high-resolution property photographs and produce engaging short video content or motion graphics for digital platforms.
- Maintain an organized digital archive of all design assets, brand guidelines, and project files.
- Stay up-to-date with current design trends, software updates, and digital marketing strategies within the real estate industry.
- Minimum of OND, HND, or Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or a related field.
- Proven professional experience as a Graphics Designer, preferably within the real estate, property, or agency sector.
- Proficiency in industry-standard design software including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, and After Effects).
- Strong portfolio demonstrating exceptional creativity, typography skills, layout design, and branding expertise.
- Excellent communication, time-management, and interpersonal skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- A keen eye for detail and a strong understanding of color theory, composition, and digital publishing standards.
