We are currently looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphics Designer to join our dynamic team in Lagos. In this role, you will play a vital part in shaping our brand identity, enhancing our digital presence, and bringing real estate concepts to life through compelling visual storytelling.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design engaging visual content for our website, social media platforms, marketing campaigns, and digital advertisements.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize and execute creative design strategies that drive user engagement.
  • Create high-quality promotional materials, banners, flyers, and property showcase layouts.
  • Maintain brand consistency across all digital and print touchpoints while exploring innovative design trends.
  • Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring all deliverables meet high quality standards and deadlines.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 1 year of post-NYSC graphic design experience.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in industry-standard software including Affinity, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Illustrator.
  • A robust and diverse portfolio showcasing a strong range and high quality of previous design work.
  • A sharp eye for detail, composition, layout precision, and effective visual storytelling.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively within a team environment.
