We are currently looking for a talented and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer to join our growing team in Lagos, Nigeria. In this hybrid role, you will play a crucial part in shaping intuitive digital products that make financial management seamless and engaging for our users.
Key Responsibilities- Design intuitive, user-friendly UI for web and mobile applications with a strong attention to detail.
- Create clear, user-centric UX flows that simplify complex financial processes.
- Build, scale, and maintain a consistent design system across all company digital touchpoints.
- Collaborate effectively with product and engineering teams while communicating design decisions clearly.
- Actively receive constructive feedback and iterate on designs to deliver optimal user experiences.
- Proficiency and comfort using Figma for end-to-end product design.
- Demonstrated basic UX skills with the ability to map out clear user flows.
- Must have 1 to 2 completed projects in a professional portfolio showcasing UI/UX capability.
- Prior fintech app design experience or background in financial, banking, payment, savings, or lending applications is a strong plus.
- Strong communication skills and a positive attitude toward feedback and continuous improvement.
- Competitive monthly salary of 120,000 NGN.
