About the Role

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and dynamic Graphic Designer and Videographer to take ownership of our end-to-end visual content production, from initial concept development through final delivery. Key Responsibilities- Independently manage the full video production process, including planning, filming, editing, and final delivery, ensuring studio-quality standards.
- Personally shoot and edit assigned video projects, maintaining creative ownership and brand consistency from start to finish.
- Manage project timelines and stakeholder communication effectively, providing regular updates and mitigating potential delays.
- Contribute fresh creative ideas, innovative video formats, and modern approaches to elevate our brand presence.
- Apply solid knowledge of motion graphics, animation principles, layout, typography, and color theory.
- Translate complex financial and crypto concepts into engaging visual and video outputs for our Nigerian audience.
- Handle multiple multimedia projects simultaneously while meeting strict deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- BA, BSc, or HND in any relevant discipline from a recognized institution.
- 2 to 5 years of proven professional experience combining graphic design, videography, and video editing.
- A robust portfolio showcasing both exceptional graphic design works and high-quality video productions.
- Strong understanding of professional shooting, lighting, sound engineering, and post-production editing techniques.
- Ability to collaborate effectively within a team, share knowledge, and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement.
