About the Role
Fhemfel Homes is a dynamic, multi-sector organization operating within real estate, hospitality, investment, and project management. We are seeking a talented and versatile Graphic Designer to shape our visual identity and bring our brand stories to life. In this role, you will play a crucial part in designing compelling marketing materials that resonate with our target audience in the Nigerian market and beyond.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain consistent visual branding across all corporate and project design assets.
- Design engaging social media graphics, digital ads, banners, and email marketing templates.
- Create high-quality print materials including flyers, brochures, business cards, and event collateral.
- Collaborate closely with the digital marketing team to support promotional campaigns and product launches.
- Translate complex real estate and investment data into clear, compelling infographics and presentation decks.
- Stay ahead of design trends and introduce innovative creative ideas to elevate our brand direction.
- Minimum of 4 years of professional graphic design experience with a robust, verifiable portfolio.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign; After Effects is an advantage).
- Strong command of typography, color theory, layout composition, and visual hierarchy.
- Familiarity with collaborative design tools such as Canva and Figma.
- Excellent attention to detail, time management, and problem-solving abilities.
- Basic knowledge of motion graphics or video editing will be considered an added advantage.
