We are currently seeking a visionary and highly experienced Director of Security & Risk Management to safeguard our esteemed guests, residents, and high-profile assets. In this pivotal executive role, you will establish comprehensive security frameworks and emergency response protocols that align with our exceptional standards of luxury, privacy, and safety.
Key Responsibilities- Design, implement, and oversee robust physical security and risk management policies for the entire luxury estate.
- Lead, train, and mentor a high-performing security team capable of delivering discreet, five-star hospitality security services.
- Conduct thorough threat assessments and collaborate closely with local law enforcement and intelligence agencies.
- Manage advanced surveillance systems, access control protocols, and perimeter defense technologies.
- Develop and execute comprehensive emergency response, crisis management, and business continuity plans.
- Ensure full compliance with Nigerian security regulations and international luxury hospitality standards.
- Bachelor's degree in Security Management, Criminology, Law Enforcement, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive security leadership experience, preferably within ultra-luxury hospitality, high-end residential estates, or corporate environments.
- Demonstrated expertise in VIP protection, crisis management, and advanced security technologies.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and crisis-decision-making abilities.
- Professional security certifications (e.g., CPP, PSP) will be a strong added advantage.
