About the Role

INTERSOS is an independent humanitarian organization dedicated to assisting people affected by crisis, conflict, and disaster worldwide. We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Grants and Reporting Manager to join our mission in Nigeria. In this vital role, you will work closely with senior management, program managers, and technical coordinators to drive effective grants management, ensure strict donor compliance, and deliver exceptional project proposals and reports.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Program Coordinator in designing and developing new project proposals aligned with donor requirements and institutional goals.
  • Manage the grants implementation lifecycle, including project kick-off meetings, tracking milestones, and ensuring compliance across all departments.
  • Oversee the compilation, review, and timely submission of high-quality donor reports, maintaining consistency between program, finance, and logistics data.
  • Maintain mission master planning documents and reporting trackers to ensure internal and external deadlines are strictly met.
  • Conduct field monitoring, compliance spot checks, and capacity assessments for local partners to ensure optimal program delivery.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor Degree in International Affairs, Development, International Political Economy, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant professional experience within humanitarian program departments.
  • Demonstrated expertise in grants management and compliance for major institutional donors such as ECHO, BHA, UNHCR, and AICS.
  • Strong project cycle management skills combined with excellent data analysis, reporting, and writing capabilities.
  • Fluency in spoken and written English with a strong commitment to humanitarian principles.
