About the Role
Glory Lucas Foundation is on a mission to transform mental health care across Nigeria and Africa through targeted initiatives in education, business, agriculture, art, and hospitality. We are currently looking for a dynamic and driven professional to join our Grants and Partnership Team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in securing vital financial resources and building strategic alliances that enhance both mental and economic well-being, fostering lasting change for a more inclusive and equitable future.
Key Responsibilities- Identify, research, and secure funding opportunities from institutional donors, foundations, and corporate partners.
- Draft compelling grant proposals, concept notes, and fundraising pitches aligned with the foundation's strategic goals.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, donors, and community partners.
- Collaborate with the program team to monitor grant deliverables and ensure accurate, timely reporting to donors.
- Represent Glory Lucas Foundation at networking events, stakeholder meetings, and partnership forums.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, International Relations, Public Health, or a related field.
- Proven experience in grant writing, fundraising, and partnership development within the non-profit or social enterprise sector.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a strong ability to craft persuasive proposals.
- Demonstrated passion for mental health advocacy and community development in Nigeria.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines and stakeholder relationships effectively.
