Key Responsibilities- Support day-to-day warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and dispatching goods efficiently.
- Maintain accurate digital and physical records of all inventory movements and warehouse transactions.
- Assist with regular stock counts, cycle counts, and comprehensive inventory reconciliation.
- Monitor stock levels closely and promptly report shortages, excesses, damages, or discrepancies.
- Ensure goods are properly labelled, organized, and stored in compliance with company safety standards.
- Prepare essential warehouse documentation, such as Goods Received Notes (GRNs) and dispatch manifests.
- Collaborate with procurement, sales, finance, and logistics departments to ensure seamless material flow.
- Assist in investigating and resolving inventory discrepancies while maintaining strict audit trails.
- Bachelor Degree or HND in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- Must have completed the mandatory NYSC programme with a valid discharge certificate.
- 1 to 2 years of relevant professional experience in warehousing, inventory management, or logistics.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office productivity tools.
- Exceptional numerical, analytical, and record-keeping skills with a high level of attention to detail.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational abilities.
