Nigerian Foundries Limited (NFL) is the leading ferrous foundry group in Sub-Saharan Africa, operating advanced plants in Ilupeju, Lagos State, and Sango-Ota, Ogun State. With a rich history dating back to 1969, we specialize in high-quality grey iron, steel, and alloy castings for diverse industrial applications. We are currently seeking motivated and dynamic fresh graduates for our intensive 18-month Graduate Trainee Programme designed to build the next generation of industry leaders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Participate in a structured 18-month career development programme spanning foundry operations, machining, fabrication, engineering design, and 3D printing.
  • Engage in job rotations across various departments to gain hands-on factory and technical sales experience.
  • Collaborate with engineering and commercial teams to identify client needs and deliver technical solutions.
  • Prepare comprehensive reports, research-based scenarios, and presentations using MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Undergo rigorous performance assessments including IQ tests, personality evaluations, and communication exercises.

Qualifications
  • B.Sc or HND in Marketing, any Social Science discipline, or Engineering (Engineering graduates with a strong interest in technical sales are encouraged to apply).
  • Fresh graduates or candidates with 0-2 years of post-graduation experience.
  • Maximum age of 27 years.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
