Key Responsibilities- Monitor delivery officers throughout their assigned trips to ensure timely, safe, and efficient deliveries.
- Assist in tracking truck movements and operational assets using advanced GPS and fleet management systems.
- Support the swift resolution of delivery delays, unexpected route deviations, and day-to-day operational disruptions.
- Liaise regularly with delivery officers to obtain real-time updates on delivery progress and status reports.
- Monitor turnaround times closely and identify practical opportunities for process improvement and cost efficiency.
- Support the preparation of comprehensive daily fleet status reports and operational dashboards for management review.
- Record trip data accurately in company databases to facilitate performance analysis and strategic decision-making.
- Bachelor's Degree or HND with a minimum classification in Logistics and Supply Chain Management, Transport Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 0 to 2 years of post-graduation professional experience, including relevant internships or National Service assignments.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, with advanced capability in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.
- Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to operational detail.
- High willingness to learn, adapt to a fast-paced environment, and take on new challenges.
- Mandatory possession of the NYSC completion certificate or an official exemption letter.
