We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Graduate Trainee (Environmental Specialist) to join our dynamic environmental services team in Nigeria. Key Responsibilities- Assist experienced professionals with comprehensive environmental assessments, site inspections, and field studies.
- Support environmental sampling, rigorous data collection, and preliminary analytical procedures.
- Participate actively in laboratory activities and routine environmental monitoring tasks.
- Contribute to the drafting of environmental reports, regulatory audits, and compliance documentation.
- Support effluent treatment plant (ETP) monitoring and various environmental consultancy projects.
- Prepare and meticulously maintain project records, technical files, and administrative documentation.
- Collaborate closely with senior environmental specialists and cross-functional project teams during client engagements and field assignments.
- Bachelor's Degree or HND in Chemistry, Environmental Chemistry, Environmental Science, Science Laboratory Technology (SLT), Environmental Biology, or a related discipline.
- A strong academic foundation in chemistry-related subjects is strictly required.
- Mandatory completion of the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) scheme.
- Demonstrated computer literacy with high proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Strong interpersonal, analytical, and technical report-writing skills.
- Willingness and physical readiness to participate extensively in fieldwork, site inspections, and sample collection.
