We are currently seeking a dynamic, driven, and detail-oriented Graduate Trainee in Civil Engineering to join our growing team in Nigeria. Key Responsibilities- Assist with daily site supervision and active monitoring of ongoing construction activities to ensure adherence to engineering designs.
- Support the accurate interpretation of complex architectural and structural engineering drawings on-site.
- Assist in monitoring overall construction quality, building materials, workmanship, and general project progress.
- Collaborate effectively with project teams, external contractors, consultants, and other key stakeholders.
- Assist in preparing comprehensive site reports, regular progress updates, and vital project documentation.
- Strictly learn, adhere to, and comply with all applicable health, safety, and construction industry standards.
- Possession of a Bachelor’s degree or HND in Civil Engineering or Quantity Surveying from a recognized institution.
- Recent graduates and candidates with limited professional work experience are strongly encouraged to apply.
- Demonstrated strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills.
- Good interpersonal, communication, teamwork, and organizational abilities.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office applications; prior knowledge of relevant engineering or quantity surveying software is a distinct advantage.
- A proactive willingness to learn, demonstrate strong personal initiative, and work collaboratively within a diverse project team.
