We are currently looking for a dynamic and ambitious Graduate Trainee in Quantity Surveying to join our growing team in Nigeria. Key Responsibilities- Assist in preparing comprehensive Bills of Quantities (BOQs), cost estimates, and competitive tender documents.
- Support the accurate measurement and valuation of ongoing construction works on site.
- Assist with rigorous cost monitoring, budgeting, and overall project cost control.
- Participate actively in material quantity take-offs and essential procurement documentation.
- Assist with reviewing contractor quotations, subcontractor invoices, and project variations.
- Maintain precise cost records, reports, and other vital project documentation.
- A Bachelor Degree or HND in Quantity Surveying or Civil Engineering from a recognized institution.
- Recent graduates and National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) members or alumni with limited relevant work experience are strongly encouraged to apply.
- Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
- Good interpersonal, communication, teamwork, and organizational abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; working knowledge of relevant engineering or quantity surveying software is a distinct advantage.
- A proactive willingness to learn, demonstrate initiative, and work effectively within a multidisciplinary project team.
- Ability and readiness to visit and work on construction sites across Nigeria when required.
