About the Role

The International Institute of Tropical Agriculture (IITA) is seeking a dynamic and motivated Graduate Intern to join our People and Culture Directorate in Nigeria. Key Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to the Director and leadership team of the People and Culture Directorate.
  • Assist in managing executive schedules, organizing meetings, and preparing detailed reports.
  • Facilitate effective communication and coordination between the Directorate and various internal units.
  • Support stakeholder engagements and manage multiple administrative priorities and deadlines simultaneously.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Public Administration, Social Sciences, Organizational Psychology, or a related discipline.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple activities and tight deadlines.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in modern office productivity tools and collaborative software.
