We are currently looking for a dynamic and driven Graduate Instrumentation Engineer to kickstart their career in industrial automation and control systems.
Key ResponsibilitiesAs our Graduate Instrumentation Engineer, you will undergo comprehensive training to master the specification, installation, and testing of plant measurement and control systems. Under the guidance of senior engineers, your daily responsibilities will include:
- Assisting in instrument selection and the preparation of detailed datasheets.
- Supporting the development of loop drawings and hook-up details.
- Participating in site installations and rigorous testing procedures under supervision.
- Learning industry-standard calibration and pre-commissioning practices.
- Contributing to the maintenance of instrument indexes and cause-and-effect matrices.
To be considered for this exciting graduate opportunity, candidates must meet the following requirements:
- HND in Instrumentation Engineering, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, or a relevant discipline.
- A strong foundational understanding of core engineering principles and a keen interest in technical design.
- Familiarity with AutoCAD or other relevant engineering design software is a distinct advantage.
- Willingness to travel to project sites, including offshore locations, as required.
- Must have completed the mandatory NYSC program or hold a valid exemption certificate.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.
- Strong analytical, communication, and report-writing skills with a high willingness to learn.
