Key Responsibilities- Participate actively in engineering design, construction, and project execution tasks under the guidance of experienced professionals.
- Support the tendering and estimation teams by preparing accurate technical documentation, cost estimates, and project proposals.
- Engage in business development initiatives to help identify growth opportunities and optimize operational processes.
- Undertake site deployments, field inspections, and project assignments as required by project schedules.
- Maintain compliance with industry health, safety, and environmental standards across all assigned tasks.
- Collaborate seamlessly with multidisciplinary teams to ensure timely and efficient delivery of project milestones.
- Possession of a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Electrical Engineering from a recognized institution.
- Demonstrated strong academic foundation with excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a proactive, eager-to-learn attitude.
- Absolute willingness and availability to relocate to Ondo State for the duration of the programme.
- Readiness to undertake rigorous project and site deployments when required.
