Key Responsibilities- Assist senior academic staff in the delivery of undergraduate lectures, tutorials, and practical laboratory sessions in pharmacology and toxicology.
- Conduct rigorous academic research independently and collaboratively under the supervision of senior faculty members.
- Assist in grading continuous assessment tests, assignments, examinations, and maintaining accurate student records.
- Provide academic guidance, mentorship, and support to undergraduate students within the department.
- Participate actively in departmental meetings, curriculum development committees, and university community service initiatives.
- Manage laboratory equipment, ensure safety compliance, and prepare materials for practical instructional sessions.
- Must possess a minimum of a Master’s Degree in Pharmacology, Toxicology, or a closely related biomedical science discipline from a recognized university.
- Demonstrated potential for academic research, scholarly writing, and publication in peer-reviewed journals.
- Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills suitable for effective teaching and student engagement.
