Little Field School is an independent, co-educational private school located at Rufus Lanre Laniyan Estate, Owode-Ajegunle along the Ikorodu Road axis in Lagos, Nigeria. Key Responsibilities- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and age-appropriate daily lessons aligned with the school curriculum.
- Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive classroom environment that encourages children's active participation and social development.
- Monitor, assess, and record individual student progress, providing regular constructive feedback to parents and school management.
- Manage classroom behavior effectively, implementing positive reinforcement and patience when dealing with young children.
- Organize creative activities, arts, crafts, and interactive play sessions to support cognitive and motor skill development.
- Ensure the health, safety, and well-being of all pupils while under school supervision.
- Possession of a relevant academic qualification in Early Childhood Education, Education, or a related field (NCE, B.Ed, B.Sc).
- Proven prior teaching experience working specifically with nursery or kindergarten classes in a reputable institution.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and patience-building skills suitable for handling young children.
