Key Responsibilities- Assist senior academic staff in the delivery of undergraduate lectures, tutorials, and practical laboratory sessions.
- Help prepare laboratory reagents, maintain equipment, and ensure strict adherence to safety protocols in the microbiology and biotechnology labs.
- Participate in departmental research projects, data collection, and academic manuscript preparation.
- Assist in the grading of student assignments, continuous assessment tests, and examination scripts.
- Provide academic support, guidance, and mentorship to undergraduate students under the supervision of senior faculty members.
- Perform administrative duties and participate in departmental meetings and university committees as assigned.
- Minimum of a Master’s Degree in Pharmaceutical Microbiology, Biotechnology, or a closely related discipline from a recognized university.
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy (B.Pharm) or Microbiology with a strong academic record is an added advantage.
- Demonstrated passion for academic research and teaching in higher education.
