Key Responsibilities- Assist senior academic staff in the delivery of undergraduate lectures, tutorials, and practical laboratory sessions.
- Participate actively in departmental research projects, data collection, and academic publications.
- Mark undergraduate assignments, quizzes, and assist with invigilating examinations under supervision.
- Provide academic guidance, counseling, and mentorship to undergraduate students within the department.
- Perform administrative duties and departmental tasks as assigned by the Head of Department.
- Possession of a minimum of a Master's Degree in Microbiology or a closely related discipline from a recognized university.
- Demonstrated strong academic background with excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to enroll in or progress toward a Ph.D. program in Microbiology.
- Proficiency in modern laboratory techniques, scientific research methodologies, and basic data analysis tools.
