Key Responsibilities- Assist senior academic staff in the delivery of undergraduate lectures, tutorials, and practical media sessions.
- Participate actively in departmental research projects, academic writing, and publication efforts.
- Grade assignments, quizzes, and examinations under the supervision of lead professors and course coordinators.
- Provide academic support, mentoring, and guidance to undergraduate students within the department.
- Assist in the administration of departmental activities, workshops, seminars, and accreditation exercises.
- Maintain accurate academic records and perform other related duties assigned by the Head of Department.
- Minimum of a Master’s Degree in Mass Communication or a closely related discipline from a recognized university.
- Demonstrated potential for academic research and scholarly publishing.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong interpersonal abilities.
