Key Responsibilities- Assist senior academic staff in lecture delivery, tutorial sessions, and practical laboratory demonstrations.
- Participate actively in departmental research projects and contribute to academic publications in science education.
- Grade student assignments, quizzes, and examinations under the supervision of the course coordinator.
- Provide academic support and guidance to undergraduate students within the department.
- Perform administrative duties and other assigned tasks to support the smooth operation of the Department of Science Education.
- Minimum of a Master's Degree in Science Education or a closely related discipline from a recognized institution.
- Strong foundational knowledge of contemporary pedagogical theories and science teaching methodologies.
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
