Key Responsibilities- Assist senior academic staff in the delivery of lectures, seminars, and tutorials within the Criminology and Security Studies department.
- Grade assignments, quizzes, and examinations under the guidance of lead professors.
- Conduct rigorous academic research and contribute to peer-reviewed publications in security studies and criminology.
- Provide academic mentoring, guidance, and support to undergraduate students.
- Manage departmental administrative tasks and coordinate student activities as assigned by the Head of Department.
- Minimum of a Master’s Degree in Criminology, Security Studies, or a closely related discipline from a recognized institution.
- Bachelor's degree with strong academic standing (Second Class Upper or First Class is an advantage).
- Demonstrated passion for teaching and academic research.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in utilizing digital learning management systems and academic research tools.
