Key Responsibilities- Assist senior academic staff in the delivery of undergraduate lectures, tutorials, and practical laboratory sessions.
- Participate actively in departmental research projects and contribute to academic publications.
- Grade assignments, quizzes, and laboratory reports under the supervision of lead professors.
- Provide academic support and mentorship to undergraduate students during designated office hours.
- Assist in the day-to-day administrative duties and coordination within the Department of Biological Sciences.
- Maintain laboratory equipment, ensure adherence to safety protocols, and prepare materials for practical classes.
- Must possess a minimum of a Master's degree in Biological Sciences or a closely related discipline from a recognized institution.
- Demonstrated strong academic background with excellent analytical and research skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities to engage positively with students and faculty.
- Proficiency in basic data analysis software and standard laboratory techniques.
