Key Responsibilities- Assist professors and senior academic staff with lecture preparations, tutorials, and grading assignments.
- Conduct rigorous academic research in collaboration with the department and publish findings in peer-reviewed journals.
- Maintain accurate student records, attendance sheets, and examination scores.
- Supervise undergraduate students during seminars, practical sessions, and field research activities.
- Participate actively in departmental meetings, faculty committees, and university events.
- Perform administrative duties assigned by the Head of Department to ensure smooth academic operations.
- Possession of a minimum of a Master's degree in History, International Studies, or a closely related discipline from a recognized university.
- Demonstrated potential for academic research and scholarly publishing.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with students and colleagues.
