Key Responsibilities- Assist senior academic staff in the delivery of undergraduate lectures, tutorials, and practical sessions.
- Participate actively in departmental research projects and contribute to academic publications.
- Grade assignments, quizzes, and examinations under the supervision of course coordinators.
- Provide academic support and mentoring to undergraduate students within the faculty.
- Perform administrative duties and other assignments as directed by the Head of Department.
- Minimum of a Master's Degree in Arts and Social Science Education or a closely related discipline from a recognized university.
- Demonstrated potential for academic research and scholarly publishing.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
