Key Responsibilities- Plan, prepare, and deliver high-quality lessons aligned with the Cambridge international curriculum standards.
- Create a stimulating, inclusive, and supportive classroom environment that encourages student participation and holistic growth.
- Assess and monitor student progress regularly, providing constructive feedback and maintaining accurate academic records.
- Collaborate effectively with colleagues, school administration, and parents to support student development and well-being.
- Participate in school-wide professional development programs, staff meetings, and extracurricular activities.
- Manage classroom behavior proactively to ensure a focused and positive atmosphere for learning.
- Possess a relevant Bachelor's degree in Education or a discipline-related field with appropriate teaching certifications.
- Demonstrated professional teaching experience, preferably within an international school or Cambridge curriculum setting.
- Strong understanding of modern pedagogical techniques, student-centered learning, and classroom management.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong interpersonal abilities.
