Key Responsibilities- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and comprehensive lessons aligned with the Primary 5 curriculum.
- Manage the classroom effectively to create a positive, inclusive, and disciplined learning atmosphere.
- Assess, monitor, and record students' academic progress and personal development, providing constructive feedback.
- Collaborate with fellow educators, school administration, and parents to support student success.
- Design creative teaching aids and utilize interactive methods to cater to diverse learning styles.
- Instill strong moral values and maintain high standards of integrity among students.
- Minimum of a NCE, B.Ed, or B.Sc in Education or a related field.
- Proven experience teaching at the primary school level, specifically Primary 4 or 5.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and active listening skills.
- Strong classroom management capabilities with a patient and creative approach.
