Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement dynamic, engaging lesson plans aligned with the required educational curriculum.
- Create a positive, safe, and inclusive classroom environment that fosters student growth and curiosity.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of student attendance, academic performance, and behavior.
- Adapt teaching methodologies to accommodate diverse learning styles, abilities, and individual needs.

- Possession of an NCE (Nigeria Certificate in Education) or B.Ed (Bachelor of Education) degree.
- Valid teaching licence or relevant professional certification.
- Proven teaching experience within secondary or Montessori educational settings.
- Strong knowledge of standard educational curricula, classroom management, and organizational techniques.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with fluency in English.
