Key Responsibilities- Deliver engaging, well-structured lessons in Government to secondary school students in alignment with the national curriculum.
- Prepare students comprehensively for external examinations including SSCE (WAEC/NECO) and UTME.
- Foster a disciplined, interactive, and inclusive classroom environment that encourages critical thinking.
- Assess, monitor, and record student progress, providing constructive feedback to students and parents.
- Participate in school co-curricular activities, departmental meetings, and professional development programs.
- Uphold the core values of RiseUp College by promoting academic integrity and zero tolerance for examination malpractice.
- Possession of a Bachelor's degree in Education (B.Ed), B.Sc, or B.A in Political Science, Government, or a related field (NCE holders with exceptional experience may be considered).
- Minimum of 2-4 years of proven teaching experience handling Government at the senior secondary school level.
- Deep understanding of the Nigerian secondary school curriculum and external examination requirements.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and classroom management skills.
- Demonstrated passion for teaching and a high level of personal integrity.
