About the Role

We are currently seeking a dynamic and results-driven Team Lead, Strategy and Governance Advisory to join our growing team in Lagos, Nigeria. In this role, reporting directly to the Head of Advisory at the Assistant Manager to Manager grade, you will spearhead our strategy and governance practice by identifying client needs, developing innovative advisory products, and leading high-impact transformation projects for top-tier brands.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement comprehensive product and market strategies for Strategy and Governance Advisory services, driving revenue growth and market positioning.
- Manage end-to-end client engagements, ensuring high-quality deliverables that align with Westfield Consulting's strict standards.
- Lead, mentor, and coach a team of consultants and subject matter experts, fostering professional growth and technical excellence.
- Drive business development activities, including proposal writing, client pitches, deal negotiation, and relationship management.
- Serve as a technical SME on corporate transformation, change management, board retreats, and governance projects.
- Minimum of 7 to 9 years of relevant work experience, with at least 5 years specifically in strategy, governance advisory, and team leadership.
- A good Bachelor's degree; an MBA or MSc is an added advantage.
- Relevant professional certifications and memberships in Corporate Governance, Strategy Management, Finance, or Economics.
- Proven track record in driving business growth, leading strategic transformations, and managing senior-level stakeholder relationships.
- Exceptional analytical, facilitation, project management, and business development competencies.
